We quite literally go the extra mile to make sure that after you make a purchase in our store, we provide a flawless delivery experience. Every item we deliver is unpacked and inspected to ensure there is no shipping damage. Then we carefully assemble and inspect each item before it leaves our warehouse. Our warehouse and delivery team are well trained and ensure we are giving our customers the best possible delivery experience every time. That's why all deliveries are handled exclusively by Bosler’s Furniture & Mattress employees and never contracted out to a third party delivery company, allowing us to guarantee proper treatment of your home furnishings and satisfactory set-up.

Full Service Delivery
Our full service delivery option provides you with an excellent level of service that will make your furniture delivery experience as stress-free as possible. Our warehouse and delivery team has over 100 years combined experience handling furniture and will do all of the following to make sure your furniture is delivered in pristine condition:
- Unpack your furniture at the warehouse
- Inspect it for any damages
- Fully assemble your furniture before travelling
- Blanket wrap it to keep it clean and safe
- Deliver it to your home
- Place your furniture in the room of your choice exactly where you would like it
With our Full Service Delivery, should your new furniture require servicing at any point within the first year of purchase, we will come to your home, evaluate the service needed, then either take care of it in your home, or remove the piece, complete the service, then return your furniture at no charge to you. Additional protection plan coverage is available at time of original purchase.
Please Note: In preparation for your delivery, please have the room cleared and ready for the new furniture placement. Our delivery teams are not able to lift, remove, or haul away any old furniture. Other customers' new furniture may be on the truck, and we must ensure we maintain clean trucks for every customer's items. We are happy to provide a list of organizations that haul-away old furniture
Customer Pick Up
If you do not want to take advantage of our Full Service Delivery option, customer pick up is available. All items picked up from our dock will be loaded by our warehouse employees in their original packaging for the safest transport. We load, but we do not tie down or secure your purchase. Customer is responsible for bringing padding/packaging materials, rope/tie downs, etc. and securing item(s) in their vehicle. We are not responsible for damage that occurs once the item(s) leave our warehouse – that includes damage incurred during the loading process.
Any internal damage must be reported to our warehouse within 24 hours of pick up. You need to call 812-423-5411 with any claims, then return the damaged item for replacement if necessary.
